This Code of Conduct outlines the professional standards, responsibilities, and expectations for all employees, representatives, contractors, and partners of Advice Education & Visa Services.
Our objective is to provide honest, ethical, and high-quality education and migration services to all clients.

All team members must comply with this Code at all times.


1. Purpose of This Code

The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to:

  • Promote integrity, professionalism, and ethical behaviour

  • Ensure fair and respectful dealings with all clients

  • Maintain trust and transparency in our services

  • Ensure compliance with Australian education and migration regulations

  • Provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace


2. Who Must Follow This Code

This Code applies to:

  • All staff (full-time, part-time, casual)

  • Management and leadership

  • Consultants and counsellors

  • Migration support staff

  • Interns and volunteers

  • Contractors and third-party representatives

  • Overseas agents working under our brand


3. Professional Behaviour

All representatives must:

  • Act with professionalism at all times

  • Communicate respectfully and clearly

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Put the client’s best interests first

  • Maintain high standards of customer service

  • Deliver services on time and meet deadlines

Unprofessional behaviour will not be tolerated.


4. Honesty & Integrity

Staff must:

  • Be truthful in all communication

  • Avoid exaggerating outcomes or making false promises

  • Disclose all relevant information to clients

  • Act ethically in every decision

  • Not engage in scams, coercion, or misleading practices

Visa approvals are never guaranteed.


5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All staff must:

  • Protect client information at all times

  • Only access data when necessary

  • Never share client documents without written permission

  • Comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy

Confidentiality is mandatory for both internal and external communications.


6. Respectful & Inclusive Conduct

We treat every individual with:

  • Respect

  • Equality

  • Dignity

  • Cultural sensitivity

We do not tolerate:

  • Discrimination

  • Bullying

  • Harassment

  • Racism

  • Offensive behaviour


7. Accuracy & Compliance

Staff must:

  • Stay updated on Australian immigration and education regulations

  • Ensure all information provided is correct and current

  • Follow internal training and guidelines

  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for clients

Incorrect or outdated advice puts clients at risk.


8. Conflicts of Interest

Employees must:

  • Avoid situations where personal gain may influence decisions

  • Disclose any potential conflict immediately

  • Not use their role for personal advantage

  • Not receive gifts or benefits from clients or providers without approval

Transparency is essential.


9. Ethical Service Delivery

All representatives must:

  • Provide fair assessments of eligibility

  • Communicate costs clearly (no hidden fees)

  • Guide clients through processes ethically

  • Avoid pressuring clients to purchase services

  • Offer options based on genuine suitability

Unethical practices will result in disciplinary action.


10. Workplace Conduct

Staff must maintain a professional work environment by:

  • Treating colleagues with respect

  • Cooperating as a team

  • Following workplace safety rules

  • Avoiding abusive or unacceptable behaviour

  • Maintaining professionalism online and offline


11. Use of Company Resources

Employees must:

  • Use company tools responsibly

  • Not misuse data, systems, or branding

  • Protect login details and client files

  • Avoid unauthorised system access


12. Social Media & Public Representation

Staff must:

  • Represent the company professionally online

  • Not publish confidential information

  • Not speak on behalf of the company without approval

  • Refrain from negative or harmful public comments


13. Reporting Misconduct

Employees and clients may report misconduct or unethical behaviour safely and confidentially.

14. Breaches of This Code

Breaches of the Code may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
